The luxurious Ebersbach restaurant is located on the ground floor of our hotel. The stylish interior is enhanced by the decorated but functioning fireplace, the wooden ceiling with carved Rosenberg rose motifs and harmonious decoration in every detail. You will feel like in a gallery of Renaissance masters. You can marvel at Rudolf II. as Vertumnus on the walls, as well as Allegory of the Four Seasons by Giuseppe Arcimboldo, and various botanical illustrations from old herbariums. The pictures depict periods from the Middle Ages to the 19th century. Above the fireplace there is the sketch of a monster elephant rider from Arent van Bolten. We invite you to the Ebersbach restaurant for lunch or dinner. Do not miss the special “Afternoon tea” menu in the afternoon. The essential ingredients used in the Ebersbach restaurant are local and we take the inspiration in the traditional Czech cuisine. Fresh fish come from the Vyšší Brod monastery, meat comes directly from the South Bohemian farms. Visit our beautiful restaurant located under a flower courtyard balcony and have a nice glass of wine.
